philbeauty 2019 Successfully ended with a High Note!

Manila, Philippines, June 27: philbeauty, the Philippines Leading International Beauty Trade event has successfully ended with positive feedback from both participants and attendees. Happened last June 04 to 06, 2019 at the SMX Convention Center Pasay City Philippines, philbeauty united 200 exhibiting brands and companies from 24 countries and highlighted 6 international and regional pavilions from China, Malaysia, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand, and new participating exhibitors from India, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Vietnam, and UAE.

philbeauty has gathered 5,987 trade professionals including decision-makers and buyers from the beauty sector. Participants have successfully interacted with prominent brand manufacturers and producers during the exhibition.

The event offered participants to take part in face-to-face meetings in a focused business environment. philbeauty has successfully organized 171 one-on-one meetings through the Business Matchmaking Programme which took place during the event.

philbeauty had informative and exciting activities including conference by Chamber of Cosmetics Industry of the Philippines (CCIP), over 30+ technical seminars, live demonstrations, and on-stage presentations. The event also launched new activities such as the international Barber Show to cater to barbers and hairdresser, as well as the latest makeup trends through the philbeauty Makeup Box, international competitions such as World Permanent Makeup (PMU) Masterclass Conference and Competition, Filipino Fantasy Hair and Makeup Contest, and the 2nd philbeauty Artistry Awards. Meanwhile, Philippine Society for Cosmetics Science launched the 1st Cosmetic Garden which they featured plants and flowers that are being used as raw materials for cosmetics and skin care products.

Nancy Chu, Sales Manager of Beijing Superlaser Technology Co., Ltd., the first time exhibitor of philbeauty said, “We are a manufacturer of beauty machines from Beijing and this is our first time to come here to the Philippines to participate at philbeauty 2019. We join this event to introduce our products to the Philippine market and also to find good distributors and partners. We actually had a good turnout today as it seems like our beauty machines are really popular and lots of visitors are trying it. Thank you to the Organizer and we are expecting to join again next year.”

Frankie Salih, Operation Manager of Orchid Salon & Skin Clinic, shared his first visiting experience, “We are from Cebu and this is our first visit to philbeauty. Our objective is to identify new products and technologies which is useful for our business. The exhibition is impressive and well-organized with a wide array of products. It also helps the businesses to grow and stay updated with the latest trends.”

Apart from Chamber of Cosmetics Associations of the Philippines who has been a constant supporter of philbeauty, the show has received overwhelming support from 6 local and 3 international associations which helped presented the latest technology and innovation in the beauty industry.
