How I woke up like this
Sharing my beauty secrets: I get compliments, stares, and stalkers, and it sometimes surprises me. I am not a parlor girl nor do I make drastic changes to my hair color, thous I love it when I see others who have such lovely colored hair. I got yelled at by a friend who insisted that I tell her why there is something new to my face, and what I did and where I went because I said, "I woke up like this."
First, be healthy. I do take a lot of walks and exercise, maintaining my waistline from way back. I have a fighting weight that I adhere to, and yes, sometimes I eat a lot but mostly healthy. Daily maintenance routine. I have a whole load of skincare products, from deep cleansing, scrubs, oils, lotions, toners, and creams. It is a must to use these. Even bathing should be a cleaning and beauty routine.
Regular maintenance. There are procedures that I cannot do at home, even if I studied cosmetology. That is because I do not have the machines, especially the new ones, that'll work as it does bring about the goodness of skin renewal deep into the layers. We cannot delude ourselves that whatever we buy and use can replace that of a professional beauty clinic.
Being happy. There is nothing that makes one more beautiful that being happy with their lives. It comes with contentment and doing all possible for the family, and for ourselves. It is more than birthday celebrations, as each day, we can celebrate life.
Being happy means that we live life by being straight, saying what we mean, and cherising relationships. Being happy includes acceptance, and beyond the struggle, we find ways to make life more cheerful. Don't dwell. We cannot edit yesterday and must be kind to ourselves, embracing today.
Choosing the right medical professional. After all the horror stories of women who have their boobs fixed and it got messed up, I have the same problem. I went to have a procedure done, at the urging of a friend, who apparently was making a commission. I had injections and after a few years, these have deflated. That procedure is no longer available at that derma clinic, and I had spent good money, and for a long time, up to now, regret it, as the person who did it was not a certified medical professional.
Clinical procedures. There are so many beauty centers that one can get confused. It is best to deal with a certified professional in that field of medicine. I have had a procedure many years ago which was eye bag removal, and that fat got extracted, and it is still very nice up to now. I have had rejuvenation facials and still regularly get these, to tighten my jawline. I am careful about touching my nose, as the tip will get bulbous, as that happens with handling when getting a facial, and age. I also make sure not to wear heaving earring, as long earlobes will make one look old. I see a few things here and there that I would love to improve.
Oh, yes, I woke up like this yet that is not the reason why I still look good. It all starts with good skin. Then, the other things must follow, as we want to be healthy and glow. Cosmetic procedures are here to help us look our best, as we should be our best, daily, and change whatever makes us unhappy.
I have real stories. There was this guy who married this woman. After they got married, he sent her to have her nose fixed. He said, I love her, but I don't have to live with looking at her nose that way, and I want her to stop being upset about it. Another time, during a party, one guy said to the husband that he should have his wife's nose fixed as she complains about it. There are solutions, far more than just doing a thing for others - we must do what we want.
Erasing the signs of aging and more
Being as beautiful as one can possibly is more than important, it is a way of life. We see pictures of a pretty young woman but when we look at their face, without makeup, it is full of acne scars. That is a pity and with proper care, that should not have happened. Did you realize that a doctor can provide you with medication aside from the clinical procedure? Acne is something that has to be dealt with, and it sometimes takes more than just a facial, as prescribed medicine can target the cure, as not all acne is the same.
There are some who look fabulous in photos, but it could have been photoshopped. The reality is that beauty is indeed to try to be as perfect as we are, loving our body, and taking care of it from inside to out. Of course, we are under the misconception that we do have to adhere to a standard of beauty. Not all of us can be a Ms. Universe and thus, we should make the most of what we have. The irreversible signs of aging, environmental pollution, exposure to the elements, and the ravages of motherhood, in the tummy area and the waist. There are many things that we can do to achieve our ideal body and face, and cosmetic surgery is the best solution. I am excited to be more beautiful. It starts with health, and then, accepting the fact that we cannot reverse the signs of aging by using a so-called magical cream, and other procedures, as there are no regrets when you have your skincare routine and cosmetic surgery is done with certified professionals who do have a dedicated medical clinic, that'll make all the photoshop and editing of pictures no longer necessary and turn into a "no filter"
