Incognito Music Bar Review

Cool jazz tunes is what you can expect at Incognito Music Bar

This resto-bar has superb food - and the music lovers bonding companionship that is the true treasure that you'll find at Incognito Music Bar, which is located at Anaheim Tower, The Levels, Pacific Rim Street Corner Commerce Avenue, Filinvest Corporate City,Alabang, Muntinlupa, just beside Petron gas station. This resto-bar is tucked below street level, is the only place in the south that I know where one can listen to jazz music. The place is cozy, and has the ambience for relaxing, fun-filled nights.

Though there were a lot of people when I went there, the music played was clear, the chatter and laughter did not interfere - I might be able to say, in a new way, that Incognito Music Bar is "acoustically sound". The music was at the right level, still allowing people to converse, and the music is streamed to their al fresco dining area.

Though I do love jazz, it is not easy to find a place that has the right kind of music. I do dislike mediocre, guitar-chord book bands - and I am so glad that I was able to hang out at Incognito Music Bar as I was able to feel the true vibes of a jamming session and the freedom of expression that only excellent musicians can do. More line mainline music, with fantastic harmony and talent, the skill was there, and what made it so much better was the speak-easy atmosphere of this resto-bar.

The beers were cold, the service unobtrusive, and the food was so leveled up that I just had to go for more of the French fries that was flavored with queso de bola, with a slightly spicy  dipping sauce. The pasta was recommended to me by a French friend and it was overloaded with goodness, so comforting and filling.

I took home the tuna, and here is what my daughter, Allison, who is a product reviewer for a US based site, said about this dish:
"As a seafood lover, when I heard my mom got tuna ready for my lunch at work tomorrow I was fully excited. Waiting anxiously until the clock hit 12 noon the next day, it was better than I expected. It was cooked perfectly, not dry and not soggy at all despite being out of the fridge for so long. It was also a large serving of fish, usually I would only eat half the amount, but despite my stomach being full I devoured all of it. The diced tomato side dish mixed well with the tuna. Highly recommend."

There are many music bars in the South but there is only one jazz place that I know off. The purity and clarity of the music, and the excellence of the musicians, the wonderful food, to add on to the chill people that go there, makes Incognito Music Bar, for me, the #1 Jazz music bar in the South.
