Lancris Residences: A Delightful Wine and Dine Night

Having had attended a lot of real estate events, my expectations for the Wine Tasting by Lancris Residences was high. I am glad to note that it was a perfect night and my expectations were surpassed.

The Wine Tasting Event

Hosted by Mr. Massimo Cavallon of Il Biancorosso, the highlight of this event was the unveiling of the scale model of the project. The scale model provides a bird's eye view of this master-planned community that will have 4 towers, a clubhouse complex, and a commercial building. 

It is pleasant to note that the wine to be tasted coincided with the food to be served. As the various bottles such as white, blush, and red wines were uncorked, the appetizers, salad, roast beef, and other dishes, and desserts were made available. The cheese table was so overwhelmingly delicious, that I could not manage to eat the pasta. The excellent chef went out of his way to prepare me a salad and during the buffet, sliced into bite-size pieces the wonderful roast beef and gave me a heaping side serving of roasted garlic.

The host, Massimo Cavallon, was highly detailed, and we were provided with unlimited wine and a guide to the various "scents" that can be detected. The event venue was cool, comfortable, spacious, and very pretty, as we were serenaded by the classical violin music of the expert Jem Garcia.

The atmosphere was that of relaxation. There was no hard-sell, and instead, all inquiries were ushered into the showroom area, which had a proper reception area and beautifully interior designed units to view. I would love to own a condominium at Lancris Residences as it is a wise investment, as it has the potential to gain real estate value fast, and I surely will be able to rent out the unit unless one of my daughters would like to live there.

Lancris Residences Wine Tasting Invitationn for Oct. 24

Tonight at Lancris Residences, located in Better Living Paranaque, there will be a special Wine Tasting event and you are all invited to grace this special occasion. 

This Wine Tasting that starts at 7 pm and will end at 10 pm, will highlight the unveiling of the scale model of the project. This scale model provides the bird's eye view of this master-planned community that will have 4 towers, a clubhouse complex, and a commercial building.
