The Bakery Fair 2017 provided a hands on experience, direct information from the suppliers, lowest prices and discounts on products, informative seminars, interesting demos, and challenging contests, and the chance to tap the network for everything and anything a baker, a cook, restaurant and gourmet stores owners, and anybody in the food industry, would need and want. The Bakery Fair 2017, held last Feb. 17 to 19 at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.
For newbies to experts, under the gigantic roof of the World Trade Center, were baked goods, cooked food, ingredients, and displays that were so awesome - it made me call the Bakery Fair 2014 a "baker's heaven". From booth to booth, with 500 international and local participants, it was a gastronomic adventure with taste tests galore, and a gourmet trip as there where the finest products available.
"This event was supported by the bakery members, industry allied players, and the 13 country-members of the International Federation of Chinese Bakery and Confectionery Association. It was organized to showcase under one roof the technological advancement and techniques in baking, gain competitive intelligence about market leaders and to track industry trends and its opportunities.
