Leadership Skills Training
From youth, the environment is vital. It aids in building their confidence, among other things.
It is possible to learn leadership. To be a good leader, one must be a follower and a team member - and these skills training were included in the Jollibee Kids Mini Managers Camp which was a 6-day workshop for kids 4 to 12 years old that was offered by selected participating Jollibee stores nationwide.
One of the culminating activities of this camp was the Jollibee Mini Managers Camp Convention 2018 held at the Glorietta Activity area on May 24.
The highlights of these convention was to further integrate the kids skills training which included:
Leadership training
Team building
Making friends in their neighborhoods
Establishing values
Confidence building
Rewards system
Teaching sharing
Childhood playtime given importance
Molding Future Leaders
For a child, playing is serious business. As they mingle with others, they learn how to apply interpersonal skills. There are work skills that are acquired. Team building brings about neighborhood camaraderie. A reward system does show a child that excellent behavior can be attained and there are benefits.
The Jollibee Kids Mini Managers Camp is an excellent way to teach children skills and to aid them have fun while doing so.
Train up a child in the way he should go,
And when he is old he will not depart from it
