When I was in high school, I became absent when I get my period because I would have stomach cramps. Those cramps were so bad, I would lie down in bed for a couple of days. I felt weak. Now that I am older, having had babies, the cramps were not the same anymore, but it still felt uncomfortable.

ATC Ginkgo Biloba: Maalaala Mo Kaya?

Our life is made up of  memories. This is what we are made up of, a culmination of what we are.

When my father had a stroke, he became bedridden. The left part of his body was paralyzed. He recovered and was able to move around with a cane but his left hand was no longer functioning.
