A woman needs to look for someone whose God-fearing because if a man fears God, he will be loyal, faithful, committed, responsible, and honest. These are traits that any woman should want for in a man. A man like this will never make you worry or fear that he will go astray.

What are the qualities that a man should look for in their future partners?

A man needs to look for a woman who is capable of being their partner in life, not just in the bedroom. They need to find someone with a humble heart and someone who prioritizes their relationship over their pride.

How can you have a relationship that is good for both parties?

A relationship that preserves the dignity of the other person is always a good indication. When there is mutual trust and mutual respect, when a relationship is rooted in prayer and kindness then reinforced by communication, you know that it is beneficial to both parties.

What are your 5 tips for a healthy, smooth sailing relationship?

Pray together. When God is at the center of everything, everything will fall into place.
Communicate. As they said, almost everything can be sorted through an open and honest communication.
Be kind. If you can't be anything, if there is no more love, then at least be kind.
Be open. The two of you are not the same person which means that you will not have the same beliefs, the same principles, and the same ideologies. In fact, chances are big that you will have different ones to be open to understanding how the other person works.
Let go of fear. Most of the time, we react negatively because of fear.

Valentine's Day is primarily focused on the heart, on love but every day should always take that into account as love is a journey and a decision which both souls build on.  While the whole world celebrates it, do so in a manner where it focuses not on consumerism or material things because they fade. Getting in shape, staying fit, keeping up a regular regimen of exercise and physical activity are as important to healthy living as your diet, nutrition, and food choices. Indeed, maximizing the number of minutes of physical activity and minimizing the number of calories are two sides of the same coin. All of it is complementary and mutually reinforcing.

So we are always interested in what’s new on the fitness front. And we asked our expert, Samantha Clayton, and a handful of members of our Fitness Advisory Boards (FABs) for their outlook for 2018.

The field of fitness and exercise in the 21^st century remains a mix of new approaches and old. New classes, programming, and choreography, in hopes of keeping it exciting and fresh, enhance traditional training methods. Running and cycling are still popular, but the past year saw the return of the 1980s rebounder trampoline craze, the continued expansion of High Intensity Training (HIIT) protocols, and growing participation in competition-based fitness like mud runs, 5Ks, and triathlons.

At the same time, as in pretty much every facet of life, society and the economy, technology is a constant driver of the exercise revolution – especially as more wearable devices come online and a wider array of apps appear on our smartphones, all of them offering people simple and easy ways to monitor their activity day by day, minute by minute.

For now, though, let’s highlight three trends that we expect to progress, emerge, or burst on the scene in 2018.

First, cross training styles are here to stay—it’s simply too effective of a way to seamlessly blend building muscle with working on your cardio all at once. It remains suitable for beginners or experienced exercisers. It can be tailored to each individual’s goals. It is a recognized strategy for everything from weight loss to weight maintenance to sports performance.

Third, Chappy Callanta, another Herbalife Nutrition FAB member and fitness coach, believes that online and distance coaching will see a steady climb in demand, popularity, and usage in the year ahead. Technology is simply making these kinds of interactions easier, so you can find the coach you want and the guidance you need, wherever you are. Not only that, but this approach to coaching is likely to include a more holistic form of mentoring, taking into account people’s physical, nutritional, and psychosocial goals at the same time. It’ll help them recognize and alter their daily habits and utilize motivation techniques to facilitate behavioral change for the better. All of which will be key, in 2018 and long past that, to a sustainable, healthy, and active lifestyle.

No matter which trend you choose, one thing is for sure: the “exercise is medicine” movement is fast becoming a fact of life. The medical community is on board. So are top health care experts. They see it as a positive public health initiative for preventative care and disease risk management.

  The Christmas program started of with a Thanksgiving mass, then followed by entertainment which included being serenaded by violins and dancing groups. There was a Balloon Wishes 2018 activity. Blue, white, and yellow balloons were given to the guest who let these go to fly up to the clouds along with their wish.

The festive dinner and free-flowing drinks was overwhelmingly generous, so much that there was take home according to the Filipino tradition, which is to be noted as superb kindness and thoughtfulness. Even before the mass, the merienda was laid out near the rooms that were booked for the guests, and there was all sorts of kakanin like suman, so much that the long table could hardly hold all the food that was there. The ladies graced the stage follow by the elegant men, and the audience was enthralled. There was another contest of which different group presented song and dance numbers. After these contest, there was a raffle and then, the guest exchanged gifts.

The closing remarks by Viviana C. Yap, CEO of ASAP, was a heartfelt, cheerful message embracing all who graced the event with their presence and sharing the prayerful hope for a more successful 2018.

“Sometimes the simplest of ideas can be the most challenging. The intention was to shoot the scenes seamlessly with live moving backgrounds. The easy route was to use green screen, but where’s the fun in that? It was all about great team work from everyone involved, and in the goal of sharing about an advocacy worth sharing to kids and the young-at-heart alike,” shares Director Sid Maderazo.

Clean hands for every Filipino

Through the Five Hugas ng Krismas music video, Safeguard aims to address the serious problem with the poor hand-washing habits of Filipinos, which was uncovered by the first Philippine Handwashing Index. The study found that seven out of ten Filipinos claim to wash their hands with soap after using a public toilet, but only two really do. To add, only water is being used when hand-washing by 60% of women before cooking, and 40% of women before feeding their kids

Children are the most prone to sickness, yet 66% of Filipinos have noticed or witnessed children not washing hands after using the toilet; and 40% of Filipinos do not wash their hands before touching young children.

“The results of the Philippine Handwashing Index prompted Safeguard to come up with a creative solution to keep hand-washing a top-of-mind habit in every home. Through “Five Hugas ng Krismas”, we want to work together to instill proper hand-washing habits in time of the holiday season, where Filipinos touch and and are in frequent contact with relatives and friends,” explains Jia Salindong-Du, Safeguard Philippines Brand Manager.
