Fit is in and one has got to take that first step to be healthy, strong, and sexy.

Are you ready for the challenge? I thought I wasn't but I was determined to give it a go. Me, well, I was doing yoga when I was younger and part of the activities last Sept. 25, 2016 was yoga. I got the invite from HealthJunkiePH and it was amazing how I was able to actually finish the yoga session.

Taking the first step to actually enter a gym and workout was a big step for me. I do a lot of walking and diet but it isn't enough. What I learned that day is that the extra effort placed with the correct workout, like yoga for me, made me feel revived, feeling all my joints become more supple, and gaining the energy to move.

The Active Nation Day event was personally motivating.

Lorna Jane Tank Top and Planner review

Lorna Jane has become one of my favorite work out outfit brands! The design is cute and chic, with bright pretty colors and cute quotes written is lovely lettering. The feel of the shirts are perfect, comfortable and not too tight. It fits with fabric that allows air to flow and its flattering and comfortable.

I absolutely love how detailed the work out planner is, instead of just counting calories you can count by servings which makes you remember to eat a fully balanced diet. It encourages you to workout regularly. It even comes with a tutorial in the beginning of the planner to help you decide how to use it. I gave my sister a cookbook from Lorna Jane and she loves it! She (Timi Dominguez) is a chef and is into working out as well so she's very excited about trying out the healthy and fun recipes inside.
I have been working out ever since a young age, I used to jump rope for half an hour just for fun and bike around for two hours. When I was 12, I got a hip hop and DVD for dancing and then I realized how much fun it was. I was always very choosy with workout wear, I wanted the best kind that wouldn't wear and tear and would be comfortable enough for me to move around. The Lorna Jane shirts that I have perfectly captured what I looked for in workout wear, especially with the preppy, happy design.

PMCM Events Management Blocked Screening of Doctor Strange

No long lines, raffle prizes, coffee and snacks, the blocked screening of PMCM Events Management for Doctor Strange makes watching movies a better experience. No one likes the hassle that comes with watching a movie such as having to line up to buy tickets and when you do watch a blocked screening, you get to view the movie when it comes out in the theaters, without the common problems you encounter when wanting to watch a movie. 

Today Online blogger, Tin Gonzaga, and I  were invited by the Light Network, which is a media partner of PMCM Events Mangement.  This blocked screening was held at Resorts World Manila. We had comfy couches to sit on just outside the Cinema 3, and I noted that the other cinemas that were showing the same movie had long lines, while ours had double lines and it was just to enter, as the pre-booked tickets were given to us at the registration table along with a raffle number. 

Two lines were formed and there was no rush, as all was ready, and we got to sit on our designated chairs. You can see more in my video:


Before the movie started there were 10 prizes were given away. These were loot bags from the various sponsors and WhenInManila, a reputable blog site, was the ones who were in charge of the giveaways. There was also a "look for the piece of paper under your chair" to win a prize and that was a lot of fun. 

The comfort of the classy Resort World cinema is great. And, the movie watching experience is one that has the viewing made better by the rice terraces like chairs, as it does eliminate the hassle of having to see too many heads directly in front of you if you are not that tall, like me. After the movie, all of the audience was given generous food and beverages like Nescafe coffee in tetra bricks, new kinds of Jack and Jill candy, food bars, and even cup noodles.
